Frequently Asked Questions

It depends on where you are and by what service your order was shipped. Workbooks are generally sent via Media Mail, which can take up to 7-10 business days, but it is significantly cheaper. Otherwise you can always select Priority Mail (2-3 business days). Magazine issues are sent via USPS First Class, which takes 3-5 business days.

Prep Your Surface First, make sure your surface is ready for the decal. It should be a clean, smooth, and dust-free surface.

Remove From Backing When you receive your decal, it will be covered with a layer of clear tape and will still be attached to a white backing. The first step to apply your decal is to remove the clear tape and the decal from the backing. Slowly peel the tape from the backing while making sure the decal doesn’t stick to the backing. If the decal does stick, use a credit card (or something with a stiff, straight edge) to reattach the decal to the clear tape.

Place the Decal Next, measure and mark where you would like it before you place the decal. Once you are happy with the placement, apply the decal, starting with one corner and slowly moving to the opposite corner. If you rush this step, you might end up with air bubbles and even a wrinkle in your decal. A credit card is helpful to evenly apply pressure.

Remove the Clear Tape Take your time with this step. Start at one of the corners and slowly pull the tape off of your surface. Be careful not to lift up part of the decal design. If it sticks to the transfer tape, put the tape back on the surface and use the credit card again. Smooth any leftover bubbles with a credit card.

Yes! The best way is to purchase each as separate transaction with their own shipping address. Be sure to use your same email so you can still manage them all from the same place once you create an account. If you purchase multiple in the same transaction, you'll need to email us with the different addresses so we can separate those out for you. Additional postage may be required.

After you purchase a digital download, you will receive an email with a link for the download. If you do not receive an email, first check your spam/junk files! Still no luck? Send an email to support@workandwonderco.com

Once you receive the email, click on the provided link. This will take you to a new page, where you will see a button “Download Now.” Click that button to begin the download!

For Android phone users:

- Open the Android app drawer by swiping up from the bottom of the screen.

- Look for the My Files (or File Manager) icon and tap it. If you don't see it, instead tap the Samsung icon with many smaller icons inside it — My Files will be among them.

- Inside the My Files app, tap "Downloads.” You should now be able to see all of your downloads.

For iPhone users:

- Start the Files app, which looks like a blue folder on a white background.

- In the Browse section, tap a location where you want to browse.

- Tap to open subfolders as needed to find the file you want.

- Tap the file you want to open. Your iPhone will open the file using the appropriate app.
